Notice: This is our current Phase 1 policy. We review and update it as Cabinet Bed Authority evolves; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. For questions, contact privacy@cabinetbedauthority.com.

Phase 1 notice (2026-05-15): Cabinet Bed Authority currently operates as an independent shopper’s guide. We do not operate a dealer network and do not share Cabinet Bed Finder submissions with any retailer. The Finder collects information only to send you guidance and follow-up about cabinet bed options. Sections below that describe dealer routing are retained for transparency and are not active. It remains under legal review.

Cabinet Bed Authority LLC (“Cabinet Bed Authority,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

This policy applies to cabinetbedauthority.com and the Cabinet Bed Finder.


1. Who we are

Cabinet Bed Authority LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Our mailing address is 1024 S Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32901. Our EIN is 42-2489325.

2. What we collect

We collect two types of information.

2.1 Information you give us directly

When you use the Cabinet Bed Finder, fill out a contact form, request the Buyer’s Checklist, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with the site, you may give us:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your ZIP code
  • Your shopping context: the type of cabinet bed you’re considering, room type, timeline, budget range, delivery preferences
  • Whether you’d like to see a cabinet bed in person locally
  • Any other information you choose to provide in a message, form, or response

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we (or our service providers) automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • The page or source that referred you to us
  • Search terms you used to find us
  • Click and interaction data within the site
  • Cookies and similar tracking identifiers (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Send you the Buyer’s Checklist or other content you request.
  • Email you about cabinet beds and category updates if you’ve subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • Improve the site. Analytics data helps us understand what content is useful, what pages need work, and where shoppers get stuck.
  • Comply with legal obligations. Tax records, anti-fraud screening, and response to lawful requests.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.


4. Who we share it with

We share information in three categories:

4.1 Sharing with retailers

We do not currently share your information with any dealer or retailer. The Cabinet Bed Finder is research-only: we use your submission to send you guidance and follow-up about local cabinet bed options. If we introduce optional retailer connections later, we will require your explicit, separate consent and update this policy before doing so.

4.2 With service providers who help us operate

We use third-party service providers to run the site. These providers may receive your information only to the extent necessary to perform their function for us. As of the effective date of this policy, our material service providers include:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We require each provider to handle data securely and consistent with this Privacy Policy.

4.3 When required by law or to protect rights

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our Terms of Use; to prevent fraud, abuse, or threats to safety; or to protect our rights, property, or interests.

4.4 In connection with a business transaction

If Cabinet Bed Authority is acquired by, merged with, or sells assets to another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transaction that materially changes how your information is handled.

4.5 What we never do

We never sell your personal information. If we ever share an inquiry with a retailer, it will be one per market, with your knowledge, and only with your explicit consent. We never give your contact information to a dealer without your explicit consent.


5. How long we keep your information

  • Cabinet Bed Finder inquiries: until you ask us to delete them, or 7 years after your last interaction with us, whichever is sooner.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a record of your unsubscribe request for compliance purposes.
  • Dealer partner accounts: Not applicable — no dealer accounts exist today.
  • Analytics data: 26 months at the per-user level, then aggregated.

6. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

  • Ask what we know about you. Email privacy@cabinetbedauthority.com and we’ll send you a copy of the personal information we hold on you, within 30 days.
  • Ask us to correct it. Same email; same timeframe.
  • Ask us to delete it. Same email; we will comply unless we are required by law to retain certain records.
  • Ask us to stop using it. Includes unsubscribing from email, opting out of routing to dealers, or limiting our use of cookies.
  • Receive a copy in portable form. We’ll provide your data in a common, machine-readable format on request.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, the right to know whether your information has been sold or shared (we don’t sell, but consent-based sharing with dealers is shared), the right to opt out of any sharing, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with applicable data protection laws have additional rights, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and instructions on how to manage them.


8. Children

The site is intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact privacy@cabinetbedauthority.com and we will delete it.


9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular review of our service providers’ security practices. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify you if we become aware of a security incident affecting your information.


10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if we have your email) and by posting a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
