Welcome to cabinetbedauthority.com, operated by Cabinet Bed Authority LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Cabinet Bed Authority,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What this site is
Cabinet Bed Authority is an independent national guide and lead-routing platform for cabinet beds, sleep chests, freestanding Murphy beds, and related guest-bed solutions. We are an information and connection service. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, deliver, install, or warrant cabinet beds. When you use the Cabinet Bed Finder, we may route your inquiry to one or more local dealer partners with your consent. Any purchase, contract, service, warranty, or other agreement is exclusively between you and that dealer or manufacturer — not with Cabinet Bed Authority.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the site. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and (if you are a dealer or industry professional) for purposes related to your Dealer Network participation or research within our category.
You may not:
- (a) use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers other than authorized search engines) to access the site;
- (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, the underlying systems, or data of other users;
- (c) interfere with the operation of the site (e.g., excessive request rates, denial-of-service attempts);
- (d) reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of site content except as permitted under fair use or with our written permission;
- (e) misrepresent yourself when submitting an inquiry or application;
- (f) submit inquiries on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent;
- (g) use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications;
- (h) use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
4. User-submitted information
When you submit information through the site (Cabinet Bed Finder, contact form, newsletter sign-up, dealer application, comments, reviews, or otherwise), you represent that the information is accurate, current, and yours to submit. You grant Cabinet Bed Authority a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to operate the site, route your inquiry, communicate with you, and improve our services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your content.
5. Dealer routing — important disclaimers
[Phase 1 notice: We do not currently operate a dealer network or route inquiries to any retailer. This section applies only if and when a dealer-routing program launches.]
If you use the Cabinet Bed Finder and consent to share your information with a local dealer partner, the following apply:
- We do not guarantee a response. Dealer partners are independent businesses. We have service-level expectations of our partners but we cannot guarantee that any dealer will respond, respond quickly, or provide any particular service.
- We do not endorse specific dealers as best. “Featured dealer” placements are paid placements and do not represent our endorsement of a dealer as superior. Dealer ranking logic is described elsewhere on the site and in our Privacy Policy.
- We are not a party to your transaction with the dealer. Any contract, warranty, delivery, payment, or service issue is between you and the dealer. We will help mediate when reasonable but we are not a guarantor.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@cabinetbedauthority.com.
6. Information accuracy
We try to keep our content accurate and useful. We use verified manufacturer data, primary-source citations, and human review on every page. However:
- Specifications, prices, warranties, and availability can change. Always confirm current details with the manufacturer or dealer before relying on them.
- Reviews and comparisons are informational, not professional advice.
- Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual property
The content of the site — including text, images, videos, code, design, logos, and brand names — is owned by Cabinet Bed Authority LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
The names Cabinet Bed Authority, Cabinet Bed Finder, Cabinet Bed Network, and Cabinet Bed University, and any related logos, are trademarks (or pending trademarks) of Cabinet Bed Authority LLC.
Manufacturer names, model names, and trademarks referenced on the site (such as Lineage, Arason, Night & Day, Alexander & Sheridan, Cottage Creek, Wilding, Bestar, and others) are owned by their respective owners. We use them descriptively to identify products discussed; we do not claim affiliation with these companies unless explicitly stated.

CABINET BED AUTHORITY DOES NOT WARRANT:

- (b) THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE;
- (c) THAT ANY DEALER PARTNER WILL RESPOND, PERFORM, OR DELIVER AS EXPECTED;
- (d) THAT ANY PRODUCT DESCRIBED ON THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABINET BED AUTHORITY LLC AND ITS MEMBER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CABINET BED AUTHORITY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabinet Bed Authority LLC and its member, officers, employees, agents, and dealer partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the site; (c) any content you submit; (d) your interaction with any dealer partner; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.
12. Dealer Network agreements

If you participate in the Cabinet Bed Network as a dealer, your relationship with us is also governed by the Dealer Subscription Agreement and Dealer Lead Agreement, which take precedence over these Terms with respect to your Dealer Network participation.
13. Changes to the site
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted prominently on the site and, where reasonably possible, communicated by email. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the site at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive termination.
16. Dispute resolution
16.1 Informal resolution first
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at eric@cabinetbedauthority.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
16.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16.3 Venue
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. You and Cabinet Bed Authority consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16.4 No class actions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Cabinet Bed Authority agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreements you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cabinet Bed Authority concerning the site.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a sale of our business.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
